Circuit training

This will commence on Thursday 12th October between 1830hrs - 1930hrs in the sports hall at Carter Community School in Hamworthy. It's a good way of keeping fit through the winter in readiness to have a successful 2018 season!! It is a fun circuit so your fitness level isn't important, you can push yourself as hard as you want. The more people the merrier.
The price will be the same as the previous 4 years, £2 per person per session.
